The Material and Cleaning Method of the Inner Tank of the Vacuum Flask

The Material and Cleaning Method of the Inner Tank of the Vacuum Flask

1. What materials are generally used for the inner liner of the vacuum flask?

(1) Material of the inner tank of the vacuum flask:

1. Glass liner: The glass is coated with a thin layer of aluminum. Glass liner history: The water bottle liner was invented by English chemist Dewar in 1900. When the glass vacuum flask bottle was invented, it was indeed plated with a layer of mercury. Later, in order to reduce the cost, it was changed to silver plating. Later, with the advancement of technology, all bottle bottles were made of vacuum aluminum plating, which is economical and environmentally friendly.

2. Stainless steel liner: The outer surface of the stainless steel liner has a silver-plated layer. Because there is a silver-plated layer on the outer surface of the inner liner of the stainless steel vacuum flask, the heat radiation between the inside of the bottle and the outside world can be effectively reduced, and the heat preservation time can be increased.

3. The coating is on the opposite side of the inner glass, and will not be in contact with water under normal circumstances.

(2) Identification of the thermal insulation of the inner bladder:

The main technical indicators of the vacuum flask bottle: Pour boiling water into the glass insulation liner, tighten the bottle stopper or bottle cap clockwise for 2-3 minutes, and then touch the outer surface of the bottle body with your hands. If the bottle body is obviously hot, it means the product is The vacuum degree has been lost and a good thermal insulation effect cannot be achieved. If only the mouth of the bottle is a little hot, and the temperature at the bottom of the bottle does not change, such a vacuum flask bottle is effective in vacuum and good in heat preservation.

Glass vacuum flask is safer, because glass is sintered from inorganic silicates, which is a very stable substance, that is, the bad impurities contained in the production process will not leak out. And the glass is easy to clean, so it is safe to use glass.

2. How should the liner of the vacuum flask be cleaned?

The high grade vacuum flask is composed of an inner tank, an outer shell and additional parts.

The inner tank is composed of two glass bottles inside and outside. The two are connected at the mouth of the bottle, the gap between the two bottle walls is evacuated to weaken the heat convection, and the surface of the glass bottle wall is coated with a bright silver film to reflect infrared heat radiation. When the temperature inside the bottle is high, the heat energy of the contents will not radiate outward; when the inside of the bottle is low temperature, the heat energy outside the bottle will not radiate into the bottle.

(1) Cleaning of the inner liner of the vacuum flask: mainly disinfection and deodorization. Sterilization is very simple, pour boiling water into a pump action vacuum flask, keep it for an hour and pour it out, then pour a pot of boiling water and pour it out overnight. Boil the bottle in boiling water until the odor is minimal.

(2) How to remove the scale inside the vacuum flask bottle:

1. Put some paper scraps in the bottle, then pour in warm salt water, shake it gently for a while, and the scale can be removed.

2. Pour about 500 grams of baking soda water with a concentration of 1%, or heat the vinegar into the bottle, shake it gently, and the scale can be removed.

3. Slightly break two egg shells, put them into a bottle, then put in half a tea jar of cold water, plug the bottle, and hold it with one hand, and hold the neck of the vacuum flask bottle with the thumb and other fingers. Hold the bottom of the bottle with the other hand and shake it up and down, left and right. After about 20 seconds, remove the cork, pour out the eggshell, and rinse it twice with clean water;

4. Use 250 grams of vinegar, heat it, pour it into a vacuum flask, soak it for a few hours, and then shake it up and down, left and right, and the scale in the bottle will fall off.

5. Pour the water used to cook the noodles into the bottle, shake for a few minutes and then pour it out, then rinse with clean water.

6. Take 200 grams of dilute hydrochloric acid and soak it in the bottle for a while, then shake it to remove the scale in the vacuum flask bottle.
